I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2021 and by Jan 2022 I had gone through 10 rounds of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation. At this point, I was on my 7th month of cancer treatment and my whole body was in pain. Most of the unbearable, excruciating and debilitating pain was on my left side (neck, shoulder, arm, upper back). It was so bad that it started to take a toll on my mental state and caused sleepless nights. I tried pain meds prescribed by my oncologist, continued with my physical therapy but NOTHING was working…that’s when I called Dr. Herfindahl’s office. I’m so glad I did! I wish I would’ve seen him sooner.
I love that making an appointment is so easy! I called to make an appointment for an evaluation and was seen within days. By the following week I was getting my 1st adjustment. They don’t waste time….so glad too because I was in real need of the adjustment. The ladies in reception are so awesome!! They are so friendly, inviting, accommodating and hilarious. I always leave the office with a smile on my face. It’s just a real good time in that office.
After my 1st adjustment I knew I had made the right choice. So that’s when I decided for this to work I needed to commit, stay diligent with appointments, traction and at home exercises, 7 months later I am feeling 1000% better!!! Right now, I’m focusing on healing and continuing my chiropractor care with Dr. Herfindahl. My experience with Dr. Herfindahl and his team has been nothing but amazing! Anyone curious about chiropractor care should call Dr. Herfindahl’s office. I ‘ve always known Dr. Herfindahl as an amazing healer but the way he’s helped me, and my body heal and recover from/and during my cancer treatment is truly a wonderful thing!
